I just stumbled across this today. It is Drupal Lovers, a directory of self-submitted websites. Visitors can rate each website on a five-star scale. Drupal websites are categorized for easy browsing. This would be a good place to go for some inspiration if you are looking into a Drupal website for yourself or your business.
My impression is that it is more of a showcase of what graphic designers can do with Drupal. The Drupal websites shown are not really judged on functionality, usability or effectiveness - just appearance as far as I can tell. In this way, it's a good starting point for inspiration, not so much a convincing argument for the "tangible" benefits of a well-developed Drupal website.
